G'Day everyone
I'm not sure if anyone reads these things or really cares but I have a few things going on at the moment that I would thought I would share as there has been many recent changes to the life of your favourite StingRoll.
Firstly, and most importantly my lovely wife () and I welcomed our first child into the world. Zack Logan was born 8.49pm on Saturday (28th April).
He didn't have the easiest of entrances into the world but both him and Mum are doing really well.
He spent his first night at home last night and effectively keep me awake the whole night.
It's a bit surreal really having this little person around being totally dependant on us so I guess this means I'll have to grow up and be an adult myself.
He was a bit of a pain in the bum actually, I had actually paid for tickets for my wife and I to see the Avengers on Saturday but of course she went into labour and we missed out on going... Man do I really want to see this movie
I currently have a couple of weeks off of work to help get everyone settled in but hopefully I can get some time to catch up on some drawing and some video games I still haven't finished.
On the art side of things I am part the way through colouring my Angela picture (fav.me/d4wc2xf) and I am hoping I can get this finished before I have to go back to work.
Otherwise I am really not sure how active I will be art wise now as not only do I have StingRoll Junior but I also work full time and am also studying full time as well. Obviously I am a glutton for punishment.
I'll still be floating about on here though.
Until next time.

G'Day... to anyone who decides to read this.
Life has certainly got in the way of me trying to be any sort of arty of late. I have decided to try and make some time to try and get back into the swing of drawing things so hopefully that will mean I'll pop in here more often.
I have a couple of small projects that I want to tackle so hopefully you'll see the results soon.
As an aside I have tried turning some of my drawings into T-Shirt designs and would love for everyone to check them out (and feel free to buy some as well :D).
You can check them out here...

It's mainly for T-Shirts but you can get phone covers, t

G'Day Everyone,
It has been quite a while since I did a bit of an update on here... not sure if anyone gives a rip but since I haven't been as active of late I thought I would put this up.
I have just noticed that apparently I have been a deviant now for 2 years!! Man time flies.
I know a lot of people like to tear into this site and whinge about one thing or another but I haven't had any dramas at all here. I think it is a great place where we can all share our art, whether we are professional or like myself, just dabble in it when we have time.
What I have found most cool is that I have been able to follow some of my favourite a
The Mighty StingRoll has been Tagged!
G'Day Everyone (or anyone who actually might read this),
Well, it's bee frickin ages since I actually did a Journal.
My last one was way back in February and was about my super Birds pictures... which everyone should be loving, commenting on and faving. :D
Super Birds
Anyway, I have been tagged by a couple of people over the last month or so, most recently by the ever lovely ~ArtOfRivana (https://www.deviantart.com/artofrivana) and who am I to refuse her.
I thought doing this may be a good way to update my journal and share with everyone a little bit of the brilliance that is StingRoll... so here we go...

StingRoll's Super Bird Project - Finished
G'Day fellow Deviants :D
As some of you may have noticed I have just done a stack of Super Heroes as canarys. There was no real point to this exercise apart from the fact I just had the stupid idea of turning Super Heroes into birds.
I'm calling it...
:bulletblue::bulletblue:The StingRoll Super Bird Project:bulletblue::bulletblue:
This was just a fun little project for me so I could avoid doing something serious while still keeping my hand in drawing.
Basically what I did was make 4 blank base birds and then picked one of those bases and incorporated a Marvel Comics(mainly) or DC character into it with the idea of incorporating all the b

Zack Logan...hmm well it does ring a bell. Congratulations buddy and here's to more sleepless nights but very fulfilling ones as a parent.
