Super Birdsby ~StingRoll

Alright, this is it. I have had enough of drawing Super Birds at the moment. I might revisit it again at a later stage but for the moment I am all bird'ed out.

So here we have it folks, all the Super Birds I have been doing over the last few days on the one perch.

For those that need help identifying the birds we have (starting at the bottom, left to right)...

Ms Marvel Bird, Ghost Bird, Birdpool, Spider-Bird, Superbird, Birdclops, Surfin' Bird, Batbird and Captain Canary.
And of course at the top we have Bird Venom and Thorbird.

All the birds here were done by hand and coloured with coloured pencil and the background/ perch is something I quickly knocked up in Photoshop.

Haha this is really cute. I've never thought of this before. You've captured each superhero really nicely. I like how you've drawn each bird a little different from the others in order to show body type and personality (not to mention super powers ;D) I also was worried that because of the nice deep blue background there may be messy lines but you put me at ease. I'm jealous of how clean your edges are. A couple things though: since there's such a deep and bright blue background with a gradient highlighting the middle, the birds on the outside should follow suit and be a little darker than the birds in the middle. That way they incorporate themselves more with the background. Also I would've liked to have seen more shadows and shading especially on Superbird. He looks the flattest. The font also looks a tad generic. I'm sure you could find one of the superhero fonts for free online. That would spruce it up. Overall nice job. I liked how you captured each superhero
