G'Day Everyone,

It has been quite a while since I did a bit of an update on here... not sure if anyone gives a rip but since I haven't been as active of late I thought I would put this up.

I have just noticed that apparently I have been a deviant now for 2 years!! Man time flies.
I know a lot of people like to tear into this site and whinge about one thing or another but I haven't had any dramas at all here. I think it is a great place where we can all share our art, whether we are professional or like myself, just dabble in it when we have time.

What I have found most cool is that I have been able to follow some of my favourite artists such as , , , amongst a heap of others and be able to hear their thoughts and get a firsthand look at their art. But aside from these dudes that get paid top dollar for their work there is some truly amazing and inspiring artists that like a lot of the rest of us are just doing it for fun. Anyone on my Watch list and to the future artists who will be on my Watch list I tip my hat to you all, you're all amazing artists and fantastic people. (If you should be on my Watch list let me know )

Anyway, if you have been with me for any period of time on here I am sure you would have noticed that anything arty from me has pretty much dried up of late.
It's a bit of a pain in the bum and I am itching to start getting pencil to paper again soon unfortunately things at work have been flat out and who thought being a brand new Dad could be so distracting. On the upside though I have completed the course I enrolled myself in so hopefully that will free me up a bit. Seriously… who's idea was it to do a full time course when I work full time and expecting my first child… glutton for punishment I am

I am pretty keen to get drawing again soon though, it will probably be quick and nasty stuff to begin with to try and get back into the swing of things and I want to finally finish colouring my Angela picture, the flats are done I just need to polish her off



On a side note, the Group I currently handle is going great guns, busting through the 700 member mark which is very cool.
